Children’s appointments
Please call the clinic. Suitability depends on the child’s age, symptoms and individual requirements.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of the appointment. Card and cash are accepted.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. We understand that emergencies happen, so contact the clinic as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a booking deposit before a future appointment can be confirmed.
Home visits
£100 includes travel within Birmingham. Additional travel charges may apply outside Birmingham and will be confirmed by phone before the appointment is agreed.
